Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States. All orders are processed and prepared with care within 2 to 4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier, but most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.

Please note that during high-volume periods, holidays, or special releases, processing and delivery times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as each order is carefully handled.

ELVES is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect address information provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before completing your order.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with your local carrier or delivery location. While we will do our best to assist, ELVES cannot guarantee replacements for packages lost after confirmed delivery.
