Returns and Refunds


Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final.


We do not accept returns or exchanges on edible items, opened products, or used goods for health and safety reasons.


If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Approved claims will be eligible for a replacement or store credit at our discretion.


Refunds are not issued for taste preferences, delayed shipping beyond our control, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Order Cancellations


Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once processing begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
